Lodging/Travel Information
Find information here about arrangements for lodging and travel for the conference. Details will be updated as the conference approaches.
Lodging
- We will be staying at the Marriot Dallas Las Colinas in Irving, Texas.
- Friday and Saturday night stays are included for all conference attendees. (We will take care of the booking and costs).
- Students and Trainees will be sharing rooms. Attending physicians and Faculty will be staying in single rooms.
- For separate bookings or extra nights, contact us for a group rate on rooms.

Travel
- Flights should be booked by the participants.
- Flights: Please arrive at Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL). (The hotel can be reached by Uber/taxi/public transport).
- Driving: Please arrive at Marriott Dallas Las Colinas 223 West Las Colinas Boulevard, Irving, Texas, USA, 75039. Complimentary Parking is Available
- Reimbursement: Travel reimbursement is available for Students and Trainees, if needed. For Faculty and Physicians, if travel cost is prohibitive, reimbursement is also available. Use this form for reimbursement requests.
